    30-Day Weight Loss Challenge Update

    I know awhile back I said we would get started on the 22nd. For some reason I circled the 29th on my calendar and never posted the start.

    Fortunately for you, NO ONE SIGNED UP. I either have the healthiest blog followers or only robots are reading my site. Either way, no one but me will be competing in the challenge that now starts today.

    This morning I weighed myself in, and I was very shocked to see what I weighed. I had actually just weighed myself a week ago, I gained weight in the last week. I'm going to guess it's water weight since I've been eating healthier and working out a lot more in the past week.

    So what weight am I? 210. That's where I'm checking in at and that's where I'm starting at.

    To complete this I'll be keeping a detailed track of everything I did, everything I ate, and any supplements I took. Once the 30-Day Challenge is over, I'll be creating an e-book on how I lost weight. In there you'll find details of everything I kept track of, my struggles, and my successes.
