Review: GNC Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement

I'm a big fan of fitness supplements, especially ones that help you achieve your goals. For years I've been a large advocate of metabolism boosters, or fat burners. Whatever you call them, they all serve the same function, boost your energy levels and help you reduce fat.

My favorite of those, Thermo Boost, was a GNC product that they discontinued. It was spicy, it burned going down your throat, but the results were amazing. I lost 75 pounds over 6 months taking them (along with eating better and working out 1-2 times a day).

Since then I've found it hard to find a product I enjoyed. Not just Thermo boosters, but anything. I've tried protein shakes to help with muscle building, but they just pack on the pounds. I've even tried stuff from the Redline series or from Complete Nutrition. Nothing gave me the same feeling as the GNC products did.

So yesterday I started the slow process of going back to GNC products. I won't buy them from GNC though, it's expensive. Some of their quality products are available from Sam's Club. Including their Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement.

Sounds exactly like the perfect multivitamin supplement for me. As of late I've been struggling to find energy or motivation. I spend almost 9-12 hours a day working on my computer, by the time I decide I should work out I feel like I should just relax. So I need something to give me a slight boost, and I want something that I'll enjoy. 

Taste

What's the best way for someone to enjoy a product? Make it taste great. This is something GNC has always done well. The Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement tastes great in it's Vanilla Bean flavor. According to the GNC website, you can also pick this up in Milk Chocolate flavor if you're not a vanilla fan.

When to Take It

Often the biggest complaint about supplements is when and how often you need to take them. The Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement suggest you mix 2 scoops with your favorite beverage. I use water and it tastes great, I would imagine milk will make it even better. But honestly you can mix it with everything and anything and take it when you want. 

I suggest taking it for breakfast or for an after dinner snack. The taste of vanilla is perfect for getting your day started. And, if you're someone like me who loves coffee, you can even replace your morning cup with this. You might even be able to ice your coffee and place the Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement into it to add that extra kick to get your morning started.

When it comes to multivitamin and dietary supplements, you don't tend to think "what about the calories". Luckily for you, the Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement comes with low calories and low carbohydrates.

• Carbohydrates: 14 g (Dietary Fiber 5 g, 0 g of Sugar)

So not only is the Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement good for the average person, it also comes with a low enough carbohydrate count for a diabetic. 

Recommendation

Every now and then I find a dietary supplement I believe is worth talking about. The Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement is one that I fully recommend. Available for both Men and Women, this product offers a tasty alternative to traditional vitamins. Not only does it serve as a great multivitamin, but it also becomes a great replacement for your morning coffee or drink. 

The Mega Men Maximum Nutrition Dietary Supplement comes in a 36 oz (2.25 lbs) container and contains roughly 30 servings. While this is a little more expensive than your average multivitamin, the benefits and enjoyable tastes are well worth it.  

I highly recommend this product. As I said, I picked this up at Sam's Club for around $20. If you don't have a Sam's Club, GNC sales the same product for $49.99 online. If you purchase for Sam's Club you'll get it for less than $1 a serving.
